Mr. Stewart has been working as a Field Inspector on the Sales Tax Street and Road Rehabilitation Program since 1990 and currently.  The program deals with soil cement base course, concrete pavement rehabilitation, new handicap ramps, cold planning asphalt pavement, and asphaltic concrete surface and/or base course(s.) Project field books are maintained and roadway material (concrete, asphalt, and soil cement) sampled for testing over the course of the projects. Mr. Stewart has gained experience (2013-2015) in new concrete interstate pavement, embankment, and bridge pile inspection following LADOTD Quality Control and Quality Assurance Inspection procedures on the I-12 Corridor - O’Neal Ln. to just beyond the Range Ave. Ramps - Plan/Build widening project. With the E.B.R.P. SSO Program since 2015 and currently, Mr. Stewart has inspected pipe laying, pavement surface restoration, numerous pump station construction and reconstruction projects, and existing sewer service (point repair, TV for condition determination, and cleaning.)
