Since 1973 Mr. Barnard has developed extensive surveying and engineering experience with public, private and government agencies and is well-versed in boundary and topographic surveys, cross-section analysis, construction stakeout and alignment determinations. He serves as a Professional Land Surveyor and Engineering Designer performing boundary and topographic surveys, hydrologic and levee designs, earthwork calculations, drainage calculations, roadway layouts and complete cost estimate computations.

Mr. Barnard's responsibilities include assisting the survey personnel with boundary and topographic surveys, survey data files, providing quality control reviews and performing and checking boundary surveys. Mr. Barnard provides a valuable service to the GOTECH team with his project experience on a variety of boundary and right-of-way issues as well as having extensive knowledge and experience in survey and design.  His scope of service also includes production of topographic maps on road projects, airports and aprons, complete with contours, cross sections and existing/proposed drainage maps. On coastal restoration projects, Mr. Barnard compiles data from bathymetric surveys to produce one foot contour plan viewing mapping.
