Mr. Schexnayder is responsible for leading the design and implementation of civil engeering projects from the beginning stages of design through the end of construction.  These duties include defining project scopes, schedule, and budgets, and coordination with both clients and subcontractors, and preparation of construction documents.  

For the past twelve years, he has worked on a wide-ranging assorment of civil engineering and public works projects.  These include roadway design projects, site design projects, stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrology, water supply systems, sewer systems, and pump stations.  

Much of Mr. Schexnayder's experience has been focused on the areas of hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater management.  He has extensive capabalities in these areas, including drainage design, open channel hydraulics, culvert analysis and design, detention pond design and analysis, stormwater masterplanning, floodplain management, drainage impact studies, and watershed modeling.  He has designed and analyzed many drainage and stormwater mangement systems located throughout both Louisiana and Mississippi.  These include roadways, municipal sites, private sites, and industrial facilities.
