Rhaoul Guillaume, Jr.'s career experience includes design, development and construction consultation on a variety of municipal, state and federal projects throughout Louisiana. As a project manager, he has worked on projects that range from transportation, infrastructure, coastal, water, wastewater and aviation.
Mr. Guillaume has also complemented GOTECH leadership in areas of client and governmental relations, along with business development and procurement. He is both creative and logical in his approach to managing project resources, minimizing risks and resolving specific design and development issues.
Mr. Guillaume also served as Resident Engineer for Parsons Aviation Louisiana (PAL), the Program Management Team, which provided project coordination and technical oversight for all engineering and construction projects at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) from 2002 - 2007 including overseeing such major improvements as the expansion and reconstruction of both Runway 1-19 (2003) and Runway 10-28 (2005) , Taxi Lot Improvements, Transportation Center Improvements and various levee improvements.
Mr. Guillaume is on the Advisory Board for The First Bank and a Board Member of Karnival Krewe de Louisiane. He is a past Board Member of The Coast Builder’s Coalition, along with holding membership in the American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers, Louisiana Engineering Society, LA Coast Builders Coalition, Urban Land Institute, Baton Rouge Green, Baton Rouge Walls Project, Tulane Engineering Alumni Association, Tulane Athletic Foundation, Louisiana State University Flores MBA Alumni Association, and the Serra Club of Baton Rouge.
