Ms. Zeringue provides employees with IT support for all computer systems, software, hardware and telecommunications needs. She manages the help desk and is the point of contact for computer system and software troubleshooting as well as IT related purchasing. She provides insight on new software as well as helps staff with training on new applications and software upgrades. She assist with data storage, back up, transfers and set ups. Ms. Zeringue also maintains and services the company server as well as serving as our webmistress. In previous positions, Ms. Zeringue created and maintained a document controls process including all electrical and hard copy files. She was responsible for tracking all incoming and outgoing files including FEMA Project Worksheets, Project Plans, Building Assessment documents and Environmental and Historical Evaluations. She also controlled the document flow and transmittal of all Project Worksheets, Project Plans, Building Assessment documents and Environmental and Historical Evaluations deliverables and meeting information while maintaining and recording over 3000 Project Worksheet versions, hundreds of EHP reviews, documentation and artifacts. Her maintenance of computerized records and documents for a grants management/funding team made project management, audit and close-out more efficient.
