ASCE - Lifetime Achievement Award

 

 

The Louisiana Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for 2016 to Rhaoul A. Guillaume, Sr., P.E., F. ASCE. Guillaume also earned the 2016 ASCE Lifetime Achievement Award bestowed by the Baton Rouge Chapter of ASCE.

2014 Good Growth Award and Gold LEED Award

Mid City Gardens Development won a 2014 Good Growth Award from the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and the U.S. Green Building Counsel Gold LEED Award for new construction. GOTECH, Inc. provided Civil Engineering services including Site and Utility design, Topographic Surveying, and Construction Administration services.

AIA 2014 Rose Award

 

Grace Hebert Architects received a 2014 Rose Award from the AIA  (American Institute of Architects) in Baton Rouge for the St. Jude Catholic Church renovations and additions project. GOTECH, Inc. participated on the project contributing site engineering and survey work

Centennial Celebration Awards

The Louisiana Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) held its Centennial Celebration Gala in the summer of 2014.  As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary, the Louisiana Section honored outstanding civil engineering projects that are located in the state. GOTECH has participated in a significant number of the projects that were winners of the Centennial Award and as finalists.  

GOTECH provided a variety of services, such as civil engineering design, surveying, construction inspection and program management services on the following Centennial Award list projects

EPA’s Administrator’s Award for Outstanding Accomplishments

In July, 2003, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded GOTECH, Inc. with the EPA’s Administrator’s Award for Outstanding Accomplishments by an MBE Enterprise. GOTECH received the award for its work as a sub-contractor to Mongtomery Watson Harza (MWH) in the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board’s Sewer System Rehabilitation Program. One of only 20 recipient’s this year. GOTECH accepted the award at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.

“GOTECH, using good management and quality engineering services, has performed within budget and on schedule and has played a key role in helping the Sewerage and Water Board meet mandated deadlines and quality of work guidelines,” explained Marcia St. Martin, Interim Executive Director of the New Orleans S&WB. 

In their Washington, D.C. offices, the Honorable Senators John Breaux and Mary Landrieu congratulate GOTECH as recipient of the EPA’s Administrator Award.
